About Stock Tennis Club

Stock Tennis Club is a small and friendly tennis club situated on the outskirts

of Billericay.   It has active adult and junior sections with teams playing in the

local leagues.  There are three all-weather, floodlit courts available throughout

the year.  The site is also used by Billericay Rugby Club and St John's

Cricket Club.

The Club holds two adult social sessions per week, one evening per week

(Winter on Thursdays and Summer on Tuesdays) and on Sunday mornings.  

The club offers excellent coaching to both the adult and juniors.   Individual

and group coaching sessions are available depending on your requirements.

Group coaching for both adults and juniors are avalable.

The club runs 8 adult teams in both the summer and winter leagues -

3 mens teams ; 3 ladies and 2 mixed teams are active in the Chelmsford,  

Brentwood and  Stock leagues.   We also run   U18, U14 and U12

junior teams.

We hold club tournaments at all age levels throughout the summer months.  

We also hold other events such as American tournaments, Quiz nights, Bowling

evenings, Friendly matches against other clubs and have an active off-peak

section.

Membership runs from April 1 to March 31.  Membership fees for people

joining part way through the year are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
